Terms &Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions apply to digital services provided by Aman Digital Solutions, including website design and development, UI/UX design, e-commerce development, SEO, digital marketing and other custom digital solutions.

By approving a proposal, making a booking payment, or instructing us to begin work, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

Initial project discussions and enquiries do not create a financial obligation by themselves. A project becomes formally booked once the scope is agreed and the required advance payment has been received.

A booking reserves development time and project capacity for the client. Work may not begin until the required booking payment and essential project information have been received.

Unless a different payment schedule has been agreed in writing, 50% of the project fee is payable in advance to begin the project.

The remaining 50% is payable before final delivery, launch, transfer of production credentials, or handover of the completed project.

Work may be paused if an outstanding payment becomes overdue.

Revisions are handled according to the scope agreed for the project. Reasonable revisions relating to the agreed direction are included within that scope.

A revision means an adjustment to existing agreed work. A completely new feature, new page, new design direction, additional functionality, or substantial change in requirements may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

The client is responsible for providing clear and consolidated feedback so that revisions can be handled efficiently.

Every project is based on an agreed scope. The scope may include specific pages, features, integrations, designs, content or other deliverables.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional time and payment. Major changes in requirements should be discussed and approved before implementation.

We reserve the right to revise project timelines where additional requirements materially change the original scope.

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, content, images, branding assets, credentials and feedback required for the project.

Delays in providing required information, approvals or feedback may affect the project timeline.

The client confirms that materials supplied to us may legally be used for the intended project.

Project timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and the availability of required information, feedback, approvals and third-party services.

Delays caused by missing content, delayed feedback, changes in scope, third-party providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control may extend the delivery timeline.

Final delivery or launch is subject to completion of the agreed payment obligations.

Once the project has been fully paid for, the client receives the rights to the final custom deliverables that were specifically created for the project, subject to any applicable third-party licences.

Third-party libraries, frameworks, fonts, stock assets, plugins, templates, APIs and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licences.

Unless otherwise agreed, Aman Digital Solutions may display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials.

If a client cancels a project after work has started, the advance payment may be retained to cover reserved project time, work already completed and associated costs.

Where substantial additional work has been completed beyond the amount covered by the advance, the outstanding amount for completed work may become payable.

Any cancellation or refund arrangement will be considered according to the specific project circumstances and written agreement.

Projects may depend on third-party platforms and services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, payment gateways, Cloudinary, analytics platforms, APIs, plugins or other external systems.

Third-party outages, pricing changes, policy changes, API changes, account restrictions or service interruptions are outside our direct control.

Third-party subscription or service charges are normally the responsibility of the client unless explicitly included in the project agreement.

We take reasonable care to deliver reliable and professional digital work. However, no website, software system or online service can be guaranteed to remain completely free from errors, downtime or third-party interruptions.

We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting failures, domain issues, client-provided content, security credentials exposed by the client, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Information shared with Aman Digital Solutions for the purpose of delivering a project will be handled for legitimate business and project-related purposes.

We take reasonable measures to protect project information and credentials. Clients should also avoid sharing unnecessary passwords or sensitive information and should use secure access methods wherever possible.

By booking a project, paying the required advance, approving a proposal, or instructing Aman Digital Solutions to begin work, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Where a written project proposal or agreement contains terms specific to that project, those project-specific terms will apply alongside these general terms.
